AMD Direct Primary Care provides virtual educational support and general health guidance. It is not a substitute for emergency care, specialty services, or in-person examinations when necessary.
Members may be referred to urgent care, emergency services, or appropriate specialists when issues fall outside virtual care.

Do you take insurance?
No. Our model eliminates insurance barriers and allows us to care for you directly at a lower cost.
Can I still have insurance?
Yes. We recommend having insurance for emergencies, specialists, and hospitals. Your DPC membership covers your day-to-day care.
Is there a contract?
Memberships are month-to-month unless you choose a discounted annual plan.
